Dawn Swenson is the head chef and owner of Hook & Vine. She first realized her love for food while working as a cook at local pizzerias in the suburbs of Boston where she grew up. After college, an MBA, and 10 years in the corporate world, Dawn decided to follow her passion, leaving corporate America behind to pursue her love of food, cooking, and entertaining.
Dawn will work with you directly to plan a customized menu that will create memories long after the candles burn out. She will discuss details of the event such as timing, table linens, plates, flatware, glassware, décor, and event logistics. From setup to clean up, we take care of it all!
